How it works

The same clear process applies across every Level 2 service.

    Free on-site or phone quote

    We assess the scope, confirm the network distributor for your property, and provide a written quote. No obligation.

  2. 2

    Network application

    Where required, we submit the connection or disconnection application to Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy and manage the approval on your behalf.

  3. 3

    Scheduled work

    We book a time that suits you. Emergency work is scheduled as soon as possible — including after hours, weekends and public holidays.

  4. 4

    Licensed Level 2 work

    Our authorised ASP technician carries out the work to network standards. All work is inspected and compliant with AS/NZS standards.

  5. 5

    Sign-off and notification

    We notify the distributor of completed work, issue the required certificates, and leave the site clean and safe.
